✍️ The new souvenir sheet has a face value of Lei 55 and features a special overprint with a security mark: a perforated star ⭐, dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the first thematic issue: EXPO’70 OSAKA.
The graphics were created by the contemporary artist #Mircea_Cantor.
The launch also included the ‘first day’ cover with the Romanian Pavilion at Expo Osaka 2025 and the two-coloured stamp inspired by the Japanese flag ⚪.
An issue that unites tradition with modernity and reaffirms the cultural link between Romania and Japan .
