For the children fair - KIDEX 2004, from June 1-6 2004 - we have prepared the drawing contest "Little Picasso". Following the contest, the mascot of the philately exhibition EFIRO 2004 had to be determined.
The winner of the contest was Diana Alexandra Ardelean from Bucharest, aged 10, who received as a prize a catalogue containing all the stamps issued in 2003.
On this occasion, we would like to invite you to discover the drawings of the children who have taken part to the contest.
